Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited was incorporated under the Company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990 on the Nineteenth day of January in the year 2000 as a Private Limited Liability Company limited by share. The name of the company was initially Geneith Global Limited but the special resolution of the Board of Directors was changed to Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited on the twelfth day of September 2007. The Company has its corporate head office at No. 12 Adewale Crescent, Off Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, Oshodi, Lagos. However, we are located strategic ally in the Six Geopolitical Regions of the Federation

Our Activities

The main business of the Company is to carry on business as an importer of Pharmaceutical products and to engage in the distribution of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and consumables among others. Like any other business entity, our goal for the Company is short-me profitability and long-term viability while remaining competitive at all times. To achieve this, we simply put our best efforts into everything we do, specifically in developing, manufacturing, and marketing high-quality pharmaceutical and allied products that satisfy the consumers. The Company’s products are all RC 372901 PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED COMPANY PROFILE NAFDAC registered and currently sourced from various overseas Pharmaceutical Companies with WHO GMP certification. The Company serves as a sole representative of product ranges including non-steroidal anti- Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), An-hypertensives, Anti-Malarials, An-allergies, Antifungals, Anaesthetics, Anbiocs, Opioids, Cold & Flu medication, and Nutritional Supplements. The Company also funds research into local materials for the pharmaceutical industry among other noble pursuits that relate to its business. Example, Efficacy, and Safety of Artesunate/Amodiaquine in the treatment of malaria. (Camosunate our brand was used).


Plans are ongoing to manufacture some of our brands, which are quality household medicines locally in our WHO-approved factory which is under construction in Mowe, Ogun State.

Management Structure

The Company's Board of Directors is responsible for policy formulation, long-term planning, and review. The Chairman, Mr. Umenwa Emmanuel Elochukwu, who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company is ably assisted by the Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Umenwa Godwin Nnanyelugo, Pharm. Nwagha Kelly Onuwa, Otunba Taiwo Shajobi and Engr. Bello Ummai. A management team put in place for the day-to-day implementation of policy, conscientious driving of vision, mission, and goals of the Company consists of the Chairman/CEO, Vice Chairman, Directors, Head of Regulatory Affairs/Superintendent Pharmacist, Head of Marketing, Head of Sales, Head, Human Resources/Administration, Head of Accounts and Finance, Head of Financial Monitoring & Evaluation and other qualified personnel as Medical/Sales Representatives in all States of the Federation.
