• Tadareal well known for its effectiveness in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction(ED), have been approved for men with the treatment of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS) with or without comorbid ED

• Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) associated with LUTS have been found highly prevalent in ageing male.
• ED and BPH associated with LUTS are epidemiologically linked and share common pathological pathway
• Its efficacy have been well established, its safety profile is well known and has been approved as a credible alternative to currently established treatment for LUTS
• Sexual adverse events commonly associated with well-established drugs for LUTS such as alpha-adrenergic antagonists or 5-alpha reductase are not common with tadareal
• Tadareal have also been found useful in the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction in diabetic patient.
